Champagne Consulting is a consultancy company specialising in providing marketing and management solutions for the hospitality and services industry. We are a small, dynamic company based in Cape Town with a worldwide reach and global relationships.

How we do what we do

We appoint a dedicated account manager and a strategist to each clients account. We work as an extension of your team together with your key role players to define the project scope and objectives.

A top level project plan is then developed and segmented into key areas for implementation by the project members. We set measurable objectives and develop milestones for project delivery. We also integrate risk management assessment to circumvent any unforeseen variables and adjust the plan as required.

A typical project scenario may consist of the following:

  • Interview with clients, their suppliers, and/ or their customers
  • Conduct primary and secondary research
  • Analyse data   
  • Synthesise conclusions and develop recommendations
  • Make presentations to key decision-makers
